We understand that it is sometimes worrying to order items on the internet when you have not had the opportunity to examine them other than in a photograph. Sometimes size, quality or other features shown on a website are not as expected when the goods arrive. If you receive any items which do not meet your expectations we are happy to refund or replace provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt and provided they are in their original packaging and in the same condition we supplied them.
Faulty or damaged goods
We are also happy to replace or refund any faulty or damaged goods you might receive from us. The fashion accessory industry is noted for having quality problems, caused mainly by the constant demand for new products and low prices. we make huge efforts to control the quality of our products but inevitably some do slip through the net. We are happy to accept responsibility for this. Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 30 days.
